New connection and load increase: DESCO, DPDC, NESCO, BREB
A new connection or a bigger load means paperwork with the utility and wiring work at the site. We handle both, so the application and the installation match.

Choose your utility
Look at your current electricity bill, or a neighbour's. The utility's name is printed on it. In Dhaka it is usually DESCO or DPDC. Outside city areas it is often the local Palli Bidyut Samity.

- Prepare the document list and help you fill in the online application
- Make the wiring, meter board and DB ready for inspection

Already connected and need more load?
If your MCB trips when the AC starts, or you're adding a lift or machines, you may need a load increase and a wiring check.
Load increase stepsSingle phase or three phase?
Large ACs, lifts, pumps and machines often need a three-phase supply. We work out what you need at the survey and include the DB and wiring changes in one quote.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know which utility serves my address?
Check the name on your current electricity bill, or a neighbour's. We can also confirm it at survey.
Can you apply for the connection on my behalf?
We prepare the documents, help you complete the application and follow up with the utility. Some steps need the applicant's own signature or presence.
Do I need new wiring for a new connection?
The utility inspects the wiring and meter board before connecting. We make sure they are ready and safe for the load you apply for.
